Your declarations might meet the norms, but don't forget that light font-weights, pixel sizes, font-smoothing, etc, etc, can all compromise those numbers resulting in far lighter rendering than what's declared.

REMEMBER the WCAG was mostly created before these were a "thing" we had to worry about. Thus your entire first section's light "font-weight" actually violates accessibility norms. You may have declared colors that pass AAA, but the RESULT does not.
