Your #1 is what's wrong with a lot of these broken "frameworks" like Failwind, where they have PX metric widths and media queries whilst using EM/REM fonts.
Also a problem when people do MIND-NUMBINGLY DUMBASS GARBAGE like declaring fixed widths and heights on interface elements.
All of your points aren't just valid, they're the top problems that so many developers out there right now say "don't matter" or "screw the users it effects".
