That's tragic.. almost like a comedy of errors.
Given I've not ONCE seen a codebase from ANY of those that had proper semantics, separation of concerns, or graceful degradation, the vague language and lack of actual code in the rest of your article seems more like the propaganda technique of "Glittering Generalities" than anything based in fact.
Also as a pascal / modula2 / Ada programmer, that's the first time I've heard anyone call caps-first camelcase "PascalCase"... would it surprise you if most pascal codebases outside of Delphi don't use that?
