One of the most infuriating parts of the "normal" response one gets to articles like this, is the new vs. old thing. They accuse me of not accepting the "new, hot, and trendy way" of doing things, and "not looking forward"

When all these frameworks have both feet firmly planted in a pre-CSS 1997 to 2003 mentality. But yeah, I'm the one stuck in the past.

'cause you're right, it's not older vs. newer, it's quality vs. junk. Older isn't always better, newer isn't always better. Quality is quality and junk is junk, regardless of age.

And much like garbage crApple products, I'm starting to think I have a wildly different definition of "quality" from the mainstream.
