Normally I see a title like this on an article, and I wind up the expletive and intherjection mill in preparation to deliver a thorough tongue-lashing at all the fairy tale nonsense, feel-good hippy dippy artsy-fartsy rubbish, and bald faced lies so common amongst the "artists who THINK they are designers" crowd.

So I was very delighted to read point after point of valid issues that are sure-fire indicators of the very thing the title claims. The type of amateurish mistakes, faux-pas, and just plain stupid decisions that show how many people out there claiming to know design are nothing more than fakes, phonies, and frauds.

This is definitely going on the list of articles I point peers and customers alike at when trying to explain how they've been hoodwinked, malfarked, bozbottled, and otherwise bamboozled.
