Little Tip? REAL designers don't use crappy overglorified PAINT PROGRAMS like Figma, because wireframing is art, and art unto and of itself is not actually DESIGN.

Design is engineering that takes art into consideration as one of its many facets. How exactly is dicking around in Figma giving you elastic layout? How much dicking around are you doing to make it responsive that would be three lines of CSS? What in your rubbish "layout first" idiocy is being done about accessibility from a semantic markup standpoint.

Tugging your log on top of a graphics program drawing pretty pictures is not design, because guidelines, specifications -- and therefor users -- are ignored. Important aspects of actual design aren't even part of the thought process!

HTML is about MORE than perfectly sighted users sitting at perfect pre-determined resolution screens. CSS is for layout and style, but is separate from CSS for a reason. Which is why if you see a <link> or <style> providing screen-only "design" without media="screen" on it, you're looking at code made by people as unqualified to write HTML/CSS as these alleged designers are to design.

We are inundated right now with artists under the DELUSION they know what design is, when most of them can't even choose legible colour contrasts. You say WCAG and it's like whipping you a cross and garland of garlic in front of a vampire.

Thus the folks who call themselves designers whilst yanking their crank in photoshop or Figma are 100% grade A FRAUDS!

Content or a reasonable facsimile of future content dictates markup. Content + markup + device and user limitations dictates layout. THEN you do your paint-over making sure to "stay within the lines" of accessibility norms.

Wasting time drawing pretty pictures in a paint program as your starting place and pretending that is design? Putting the cart before the horse, and an utterly bass-wackard way of doing things.

Even if it has become the norm for know-nothing scammers and delusional fools who know not a blasted thing about actual design!
