The Tool-man.

Is so in love with the idea of tools, that they keep adding new ones every time the wind blows making it harder for the actual dev's to keep up. Insists on the latest hot wet trendy languages and frameworks, hopping from one to another with the all the frequency of a cheap transistor radio. Nothing ever gets finished and when their latest favorite causes problems they mindlessly parrot "don't blame the tool, blame the developer"

They have 87 hammers, refuse to listen to anyone trying to say it's the wrong tool, force everyone to use just the hammers they chose, and use them to drive screws. When it falls apart, they blame everyone else.
