It has been a while (four or five years) since I last dealt with it, but since graphQL is just another database API, you just build the forms normally, send your FormData server-side like you would any outer post/get-data, and plug it into the JSON structure you want.

Of course using something like "express" so you can parse out request.body easily as a JSON structure.
