I'd rather be in a minority than blindly follow idiots just because the mob says so. As has been said for ages, billions of people believe all sorts of crazy nonsense, doesn't make them right. Going "but the majority believes _____" is just the bandwagon fallacy; a sign of a weak and feeble mind.
Though honestly if you think Failwind's GIANT MIDDLE FINGER to usability and accessibility looks "modern" and the other is 2010, I doubt you were online in 2010. Though since you have 'graphics" in your name, I assume you put form ahead of function like other "web designers' who know not the first blasted thing about design.
You put them side-by-side and take into account failwind's broken media queries (thanks to mixing px queries and em fonts), code bloat, non-semantic markup, garbage font and illegible colour contrasts... I know which one I consider rubbish.
Because if the difference between these...
…is a deal-breaker and you'd rather have what Failwind is vomiting up and telling end users to go F*** themselves with, you're the one with the problem. And may want to learn something about accessible design and UX.
