I have far harsher words for it, but that's because I understand CSS, media targets, and why HTML and CSS are separate languages. Much less why tags like FONT / CENTER, attributes like BGCOLOR, COLOR, SIZE, BORDER, ALIGN, and "tables for layout" are bad / wrong / rubbish that never should have been a "thing" people did in the first huffing place.

As I've said many the time, people who think dumbass RUBBISH like bootcrap or tailwind are doing them any favors, PLEASE just admit defeat and go back to writing HTML 3.2 with all those deprecated features everyone seems to so dearly miss. That or do us all a huge favor and extract your cranium from 1997's rectum.
