I could agree with the "piss on your party" part if these frameworks didn't inherently seem to piss on everything.

Hiring is indeed an issue, but will only remain so as long as nobody is correcting new hires, educating them, and letting people blindly go down the road of frameworks before they know enough HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to even have an informed opinion.

Basically what you're saying is that you can't find competent people to hire. That points the finger at frameworks, web rot tutorials, 1990's style thinking and methodologies, and all the other things wrong with our industry.

Things I keep getting dragged out of medically mandated retirement to fix. NOT that I should complain too much about that since the assistance for the disabled amounts to two things, jack and shit. And Jack left town. I'm not supposed to work but I have to.
