High-Logic FontCreator

On top of being relatively simple for vector creation/merging and the handling of metrics, it has a "best in class" autokerner and the widest range of file export formats. TTF, EOT, WOFF and WOFF2? No problem.

I've never found anything else that came close; with non-pay freeware and open-source being effectively crippleware by comparison. It's worth every penny... which honestly is a rarity these days. You couldn't pay me to use Adobe products now.

Sure it's "Windows only" but that's what parallels and wine are for, right?

It's actually a great example of what I mean when I say there's a dearth of quality productivity tools on other platforms.
