Discovery was like Doom 3. Every single damned piece of the set had a light on it, but anything more than 6" from those lights was pitch black. It's like they used a computer to remove all ambient / reflective light.

These aren't DC universe movies.

I also have a pet peeve about bridge sets so large you could hold go-cart races around the outer edge.
