BULLCOOKIES... the only way that would be the case is if the "for' in question was poorly coded garbage... which would amount to card-stacking the results.

Though it also depends on browser engine. Remember Chrome optimizes a lot of crap practices that go bits-up face-down in FF, IE, and Edge.

Shame JSPerf has gone the way of the dodo at the moment.

Foreach is bloated inefficient, and is part of the derpy encouragement of "functions for nothing" going hand in hand with the mind-numbingly dumbass and painfully cryptic arrow function trash.
