Again, more nonsense for the ARTISTS under the DELUSION that they're some sort of "designer". Dicking around drawing pretty pictures in a paint program -- even fancy vector ones like these -- is NOT design.
As I've said many the time, design is NOT art unto and of itself. Design is engineering that incorporates art as one of its many facets. Most everything I've ever seen built by starting out worrying about what it looks like has been an accessibility, usability, and efficiency train wreck laundry list of how NOT to design user interfaces.

It's really sad how many people get suckered into thinking mastery of programs like this makes them a "designer", whilst remaining utterly devoid of the most basic knowledge of the underling principles that separates design from art. Specifications, guidelines, accessibility, usability, sustainability, bandwidth, caching models, limitations of the medium -- these seem to mean nothing to the folks who sit there spanking their crank on a graphics tablet.
Paint programs are NOT design tools, no matter how many ignorant fools claim otherwise.,
