Actually, I stand kind-of corrected. It stops tab focusing, but it does not stop simply clicking outside the dialog element on something else on the page.

Which is why you have to add a "shade" style element to get that working.

It's still a half-assed pointless implementation that has nothing to do with improving "accessibility" or any of the other gibberish claims of merit.
